Plumbing for Philadelphia homes and businesses, starting in the Northeast

Somerton, Bustleton and the rest of Northeast Philadelphia border Feasterville-Trevose, so the shop is close by. From there the service reaches the wider city too.

Rowhomes, twins and the sewer line out to the street

In Philadelphia, the sewer line from a house to the city main is generally the owner's to maintain. In some older rowhome blocks, neighboring houses even share a line.

When the basement floor drain backs up, the first question is where the blockage is and what caused it. Grease and roots can usually be jetted out. A broken or sagging section needs repair, and you hear which one it is before any work starts.

It is the same honest approach that earned this review from a customer who had already been told they needed an excavator.

Sewer line repair

Called Brett in a panic after the first plumbing company we called came out, charged us to say that the sewage pipe was broken (root damage) and blocked and we needed someone with an excavator and camera. Brett sent someone over within like 2 hours of our call, figured out where the pipe access point was outside (which the other plumber said didn’t exist) and then snaked it, cleared the pipe (got the plumbing working again) and confirmed no damage to the sewage pipe . All done quickly, professionally for an extremely fair price. He was recommended by a friend and i will never use another plumber as long as he’s in business. Highly recommend!

Customer review. Second opinion on a sewer line.
